If you have landed on my website it is quite likely that you have a condition relating to reproductive organs or digestion.
I call my self the ‘one trick pony’ because at the end of the day its one, simple treatment, ‘belly massage.’
One massage to assist circulation of blood, lymph, nerves and energy……and the best bit? I teach you that massage, so you get a ‘going home’ present on our first meeting and it may just be the best gift you ever receive.
What to expect from a treatment
First appointment we will spend time taking a detailed case study and finding out how I can best support you. I hear your story and we identify your needs. Next you receive a deep abdominal massage, reflexology and back treatment. At the end of your first appointment you will learn a self care massage to carry out at home and I will follow up with an e mail summary of our conversation and any further suggestions I have to assist your progress.
Why me?
Having trained directly with Dr Rosita Arvigo I was instrumental in bringing this work to Europe and facilitated the first training outside the USA. I am only one of a handful of teachers world wide with Dr Arvigo’s blessing to teach new practitioners.
With over 25 years of experience as a therapist, having founded Doula UK and worked extensively with teenagers I now have a wealth of knowledge that enables to me to meet your needs no matter what stage of life you are in.
